Why do I see a gap in my graph data? OR What happens if my phone is not within 20 feet of my sensor for a period of time?

If you’re away from your phone (or if your phone’s Bluetooth is turned off) for a while, you might notice a gap in your trend graph. No need to worry—when your biosensor and phone are back within 20 feet of each other, any missing data will be populated.
Looking to go phone-free for a bit? Stelo has you covered. Up to 24 hours of data can be stored and will populate once your biosensor and phone are reunited.
