Who is the Glucose Goddess?
Jessie's story is unique. After a waterfall accident requiring surgery for a broken vertebrae, she found herself struggling with anxiety and dissociation. Her professional background as a biochemist motivated her to look for answers, which led her to explore the world of metabolism and join a glucose study, even though she did not have diabetes. This led her to discover a link between her glucose spikes and her mental health.
This revelation about her glucose levels—how they impacted her mood, sleep, cravings, and dopamine levels—all led her to launch the Glucose Goddess platform and become a best-selling author and expert on how glucose affects overall well-being.
