Stelo United States Text Messaging Campaign Program Private Short Code Terms of Use (Text Messaging)
Dexcom uses text messages to communicate with our customers who use Stelo by DexCom (“Stelo”) from time-to-time. For the convenience of our United States Stelo customers, Stelo has created an optional program using a United States Private Short Code ("Short Code") to provide regular Stelo account notifications, reminders, and product support resources.
You may subscribe to this optional text message program by signing up for text messages on the Stelo website.
The following terms apply to the use of Stelo's United States Short Code Text Messaging Program.
Stelo 52536 Short Code Election
If you elect to join Stelo’s United States Short Code consumer text messaging program, you may receive up to four (4) messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. These may include shopping cart reminders, including one (1) reminder per unique cart, sent within 48 hours. Reminder texts do not collect payment or complete transactions; you must check out on stelo.com.
Texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Stelo, and we will not send you any text messages under any program unless you opt into text messages.
STOP Information
To stop receiving notification messages, you can text "STOP" to 52536 and your mobile number will be removed from our subscriptions list.
To rejoin Stelo’s consumer text messaging campaign after you have sent us a STOP message, you can opt back into the program by signing up again through the Stelo website.
