How do I cancel my Stelo subscription?
As a subscription customer you are unable to cancel your first order. Once your first order ships, you have the option to cancel or update any future subscription orders.
Stelo subscriptions can be cancelled from the subscriptions tab in your Stelo account. Cancellation will only stop future shipments from being sent and billed, but any shipments already in progress will still be sent and billed. After cancelling, you can create a new subscription at any time. Subscription shipment dates can also be modified or skipped altogether up to the deadline date shown in the subscriptions tab in your Stelo account.
