How do I log a photo of my meal or activity?
To log a photo of your meal or activity in the Stelo app:
- Tap Add Event
- Select the type of event you want to log
- Input event details
- Tap Add a Photo
- Take a photo or choose a photo from your library
- If logging a meal, Smart Food Log will identify ingredients and provide a detailed meal description, which you can easily edit if needed
- If logging an activity or note, you can enter a quick description and other details
- Take a photo or choose a photo from your library
This will attach your photo to the logged meal, activity, or note, allowing you to seamlessly gain insights into your glucose patterns over time.
