How do I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?

Log in to your account through Stelo.com and navigate to the orders tab from the main account dashboard view. Select the order you wish to receive an invoice for and select download invoice.

If you’ve purchased Stelo as a guest, you can download your order invoice from the Check Order Status page. Enter the order number and email address used at checkout to retrieve your order status details and select download invoice.
Orders placed through other retailers:
If you purchased Stelo through another retailer (such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.), please visit that retailer's order history or account section to access or download your invoice. For additional help, contact the retailer's customer support directly.
