What is Custom Target Range and where do I customize it?
Stelo personalizes target ranges based on your chosen health status at set up. The target glucose ranges for chosen health statuses are:
- 70-180 mg/dL - Recommended if you have type 2 diabetes and don’t use insulin
- 70-140 mg/dL - Recommended you have prediabetes, or don’t have diabetes
Custom Target Range is designed to meet you where you are. You may find you need something more personalized, or that your optimal target range may change over time depending on your health goals. You can customize your target range at any time in Settings > Graph settings.
